Care For Your Discs
Get To Know Your Spine!
Our team believes that when it comes to your health, knowledge is power. That’s why we’re facilitating Care For Your Discs, a webinar created to help inform you about ways to keep your spine as strong and healthy as possible.
When it comes to our anatomy, most people are in the dark. We don’t think about our bones, ligaments, and muscle tissue until something goes wrong. Even then, we might not fully understand what’s going on! Our goal for this webinar is to provide you with our expertise and help you gain a better understanding of how your spine is structured, and how to properly care for it.
Most people are familiar with terms like, “herniated disc,” but don’t fully understand what it means - even if a professional has tried to explain it to them. That’s because medical jargon can be intimidating! We want to take this opportunity to help break down every piece of spinal health and be there for you as a source of information when you need it.
Join us for this webinar on Tuesday, February 11th at 7:15 pm CST!

Your Health Is Everything
Back pain and spinal issues affect almost everyone - this is because bones naturally deteriorate with age. However, there are steps you can take to protect and strengthen your back, which we’ll be exploring during our time together on Tuesday, February 11th.
We’ve learned from our experience with clients that most people don’t understand the basics of how the spinal cord operates and the role it plays in keeping the rest of your body in check.
As chiropractors, we’re hyper-aware of the importance of a healthy spine and are always looking for ways to share information with our community. That’s why we think it’s so important to spread the word and let people know that there ARE precautions that can be taken to keep the spinal cord healthy even as we age.
We hope that you’ll decide to join us for this webinar so that you have the opportunity to get your questions answered about back pain, spine anatomy, and preventative measures.
We hope to see you on Tuesday, February 11th at 7:15 pm CST!
