Healthy Eating Has Never Been Easier!

During Building a Nourishing Grocery List, I will explain the differences between macro and micronutrients, share lists of healthy pantry staples, and give you strategies for navigating your grocery store for a successful shop.

For example, when creating a healthy grocery list, it’s tempting to try lots of new and different foods, but it is tempting to try new foods, but if you don't have a specific plan for using them, it often results in wasted food and money at the back of the fridge. Creating and sticking to a shopping list will help you purchase exactly what you have planned to use and reduce the spontaneous splurges that derail your budget. Creating and sticking to a list will help you avoid purchasing more food than you can realistically consume in a week or getting sidetracked by items that are more appealing in the moment.
